This beautiful, Sun-tempered home is one of a kind, designed to fit a multitude of lifestyles (click to view plans). You are going to love this home. It was designed using a team of other builders, architects, home owners, electricians, plumbers, realtors and interior designers. We all have various ways we enjoy life and appreciate style, thus bringing diversity and differing perspectives to the “drawing table”.
The part I bring to the project, as the builder, is the Energy Efficiency Approach using Green, environmentally appropriate products. From footings to roof trusses, I have worked to insure the most cost effective and the best energy saving results without sacrificing design.
The interior lay-out is all about function and flow. The living room was designed to capture the panoramic view of the Tri-Cities. This room flows seamlessly into the open contemporary and extremely functional kitchen. Off the kitchen there is a space for casual dining and a den/ dining room for more formal events. During the warmer months the meals can be moved to the patio, with access off the casual dining area.
The very spacious master suite is located off the kitchen on the main floor. The suite is designed to not only capture the view, but maximize the amount of natural light that is let in. With access to the deck, this Master includes an outdoor space, perfect for enjoying that morning cup of coffee.
The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, a beautiful marble double vanity and an expansive walk-in closet. The soaking tub is positioned in front of a large window, allowing natural light to brighten the space. The master suite is of “five-star hotel” quality. This is the perfect space to both start and end your day.
The laundry room is often overlooked, but needs to be as convenient and functional as the much-thought-about kitchen. Because of this, we paid extra attention to the design of this room allowing for a space to wash, iron, wrap presents, do crafts, or store the holiday decorations that clutter your current garage.
This house has two garages; one on the street level and one around behind the house. The second is at the same level as the house, allowing for a convenient step-less entry.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a double vanity bathroom. We also designed a sitting room/playroom with a large reading bench and storage located on the view side of the home.
Downstairs is a walkout daylight basement, with two large bedrooms which include walk-in closets. There is a designated second laundry room and a garage that will fit two small cars. Plumbing and electrical is roughed in for future wet bar in the gathering room.
Your outdoor living space is large enough to accommodate anything from a huge 4th of July BBQ with friends (which would be awesome, because you would have the best seat in the Tri-Cities!) to giant play structures for the kids to enjoy.
The home was designed to fit these possible wants, needs, and lifestyles:
- Large Family
- Home Business
- Extra Space for company or extended stays
- Low Maintenance
- Low Energy needs
