EASTON CONSTRUCTION started building Custom Homes in 2006 with the goal to provide our customers with a home that would fit their needs and meet our standards. We believed a better home could be built. Our belief has not changed.
The building of a great home starts with a great location and a great design. The details and decisions we make in the foundations and framing is as important as the finishes. We use Structural Engineers to design our large open spaces and floor systems. The headers that support the framing are all man-made. We do this for two reasons: additional strength and additional insulation in those difficult areas. Our focus is on a tight and strong framed home.
Our homes are tested for their airtightness with no unnecessary gaps that will allow movement of air to infiltrate the home. We EXCEED the standard Building and Energy Codes. Our homes are sustainable because of the quality of the build and finishes. We believe in building an environmentally friendly home with materials that are healthier (low voc paints and finishes). because it's better for the customer and the environment.
Heating and cooling systems that are custom designed to fit each home employing multiple zones (introducing fresh filtered air through our ERV (energy recovery ventilation) system. We use WATER SENSE fixtures for plumbing and LED'S for lighting.

It was built to show the community how EASTON CONSTRUCTION build's their homes. The home was entered in the 2013 Home Builders Parade of Homes where over 3,000 people viewed the home. Since that date, we have built over a dozen custom homes.
